Piceance Basin

The Piceance Basin is a core area of focus for Caerus. Our assets include over 4,000 producing wells and a substantial undeveloped acreage position with over 7,000 future drilling locations.

Caerus owns over 530K net acres of leashold in the Piceance Basin, making it one of the largest leasehold owners in Colorado.

This leashold position is complimented with over 50M net acres of surface and mineral acres.

In addition, Caerus owns significant gathering, compression, and water assets in the Piceance Basin.
