Caerus is a member of two environmental organizations committed to reducing methane emissions:

The ONE Future Coalition is a group of more than 45 Natural Gas companies working together to voluntarily reduce methane emissions across the Natural Gas value chain to 1% (or less) by 2025. Our coalition is comprised of some of the largest Natural Gas Production, Gathering & Boosting, Processing, Transmission & Storage and Distribution companies in the U.S. and represents more than 15% of the U.S. natural gas value chain.

The Environmental Partnership is comprised of companies in the U.S. oil and natural gas industry committed to continuously improve the industry’s environmental performance.

Participants learn about best practices and technologies, take action, and foster collaboration in order to responsibly develop our nation’s essential natural gas and oil resources.

Diversity

Caerus is dedicated to empowering women on our team. As of 2020, the management in Caerus is 21% female, and 18% of all other employees are female. We are proud that two of the four members of our executive leadership team, our Chief Operating Officer and our General Counsel, and the heads of our Mineral Land, Accounting, Human Resources, Stakeholder Relations, and EHS departments are women. We continue to support the further development of the women in our organization through, among other initiatives, participation in the Women’s Energy Network.
